Helping Hands needs your help supporting local veterans and the VFW.Throughout the month of October, we’ll be collecting donation items. For each item you donate, you’ll receive a raffle ticket to be entered into a drawing for prizes!
Bring in as many items as you can—each one earns you another chance to win! Plus, if you bring a donation to Teen Town, Mrs. Mason will give you a raffle ticket and add you to the Raffle Prize Winner Basket! Want to know what items to bring? See your teachers for the donation list or check out the posters throughout the hallways.Let’s come together to support our veterans and show how much we care.
All interested trip participants for the overnight Boston trip please attend our International Club meeting. This is a meeting for interested trip participants only. We will be in Mrs. French's room 233 after school on Wednesday, October 8th. Please let Mrs. French know if you need a late bus. See you there! Remember: if you need a late bus, you must tell Mrs. French before 11:00 a.m. that day.
It’s “socktober”! The Socktober effort collects new socks that benefit organizations in our community.We will have a bin in the main office for the month of October where we will be collecting socks.
The first teen town of the year will be October 17. This will be for all 6th, 7th and 8th graders. It will be Halloween themed! Start thinking about your costumes!! It will be a fun night!
Congratulations to the Modified Field Hockey team on their impressive 6–1 victory over Glens Falls on Saturday! Chloe Esposito and Beitris Robinson each scored two goals, while Alison Devine and Alexa St. John added one goal apiece. Assists were provided by Emma Newell with one, Alison Devine with one, Alexa St. John with two, and Beitris Robinson with one. Great job, ladies!"
