Even though all students in our district receive free school meals through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), completing the Household Income Eligibility Form can help your family access additional benefits and opportunities.

Information collected through the form may be used to determine eligibility for:

  • Reduced or waived fees for certain school programs and activities

  • Fee waivers for college entrance exams and college applications

  • Eligibility for additional educational programs and services

  • Expanded access to scholarships and other financial assistance opportunities

  • Community programs that use income eligibility guidelines

Just as importantly, every completed form helps ensure the district receives funding that supports programs, services, technology, classroom resources, and student opportunities that benefit all children.

The form is quick to complete, and all information provided is kept confidential. Completing the form does not affect your child's ability to receive free meals. Instead, it helps connect families to potential benefits while ensuring the district has accurate information to secure valuable resources for students.

We encourage all families to complete and return the Household Income Eligibility Form. A few minutes of your time could open the door to additional opportunities for your child and help strengthen programs across our schools.
