Please join the South Glens Falls Central School District at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26 to officially welcome our newly appointed Superintendent of Schools Dr. Michele Whitley.
She will be available for a meet-and-greet prior to the start of the monthly Board of Education meeting in the South Glens Falls High School LGI.
Dr. Whitley, a veteran educator with more than 26 years of experience as a K-12 educator and experienced systems leader in public education, was appointed as Superintendent of Schools at a special called meeting of the Board of Education on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
She will officially start on July 1, 2026.
