Plans for the registration of pupils who will enter kindergarten in the South Glens Falls Central School District in September 2023 have been announced by school administrators. Children born on or before Dec. 1, 2018, are eligible for enrollment in kindergarten in September 2023.
All parents should visit the 2023-24 kindergarten registration website and complete the pre-registration form. Kindergarten pre-registration must be completed online. Visit our kindergarten registration page for more information. If your child attends UPK through the South Glens Falls Central School District you do not need to complete this step, and will receive separate instructions.
Letters and registration packets will be sent to the parents of children that the district knows to be eligible for kindergarten in 2023. Included in the packet are parent meeting dates for each school and an appointment date, time and place for registration. All parents will receive a registration packet after completing the online form.
Screenings will be held in May 2023.
Parents who will have children that will begin school in the fall are urged to register as soon as possible.
