Property Tax Report Card submitted to SED by end of the next business day following budget adoption. Copy of the Property Tax Report Card submitted to official district newspapers.

April 24, 2018
Popular Budget document available to public prior to Annual Budget Hearing.

April 25 – May 1, 2018
Budget Statement and attachments made available to each school building, district office, public library and posted on district website.

May 1-8, 2018
District Budget Newsletter mailed to residents.

May 2, 2018
Annual Budget Hearing and Meet the Candidates – Senior High School 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Voter Registration 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – Administrative Center and High School

May 10-14, 2018
District clerk must maintain and make available for public inspection a list of names of those residents given absentee ballot the five days prior to vote date except Sunday.
Sworn statements of campaign contributions or loans by candidates for BOE membership must be filed with District Clerk and Commissioner of Education. Any contributions in excess of $1,000 must be filed within 24 hours of receipt.

Payments should be made payable to SGFCSD and mailed or taken to Moreau Receiver of Taxes, 351 Reynolds Road, Fort Edward, NY 12828. Hours of collection are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
